Michael Condrey the chief operating and development officer at Sledgehammer Games posted on the Competitive CoD Reddit with a message to the competitive eSports community suggesting Advanced Warfare will concentrate on the competitive scene of gaming far more than previous version of Call of Duty.
eSports players and fans are valued partners to @SHGames. We look forward to being able to talk about our exciting MP plans for Call of Duty Advanced Warfare. Until then, know that we are working closely with, and for, the competitive community to deliver something special this year. More to come! Keep the feedback coming
Michael Condrey also left this message on the CoDAW Reddit page:
Sledgehammer Games takes fan feedback very seriously. With 40m voices strong, there are always going to be competing view points within the fan community. We also have passionate visions of the game we want to deliver. Bottomline, we actively listen, even if we can’t always respond or agree. So thanks for being here, and for helping us make the game be the best it can. Every developer on this game has one goal – to create the highest quality experience of our careers. So one favor – keep it classy and constructive. As fans, we owe it to each other and the game.
Don’t worry, we’re sure there will also be less competitive game modes for the amateurs out there as well!
Are you pleased Sledgehammer games are concentrating more on the competitive scene?
